After the coronavirus spread worldwide in 2019, the anxiety and stress caused by the disease affected many individuals and age groups, causing consequences such as decreased immunity, academic failure of students. , And in some cases even increased domestic violence among families. Therefore, many researchers have researched the role of various factors in reducing anxiety and stress caused by this virus in order to find a way to minimize the negative consequences of the spread of this virus. Religious and spiritual beliefs are one of the effective factors in reducing anxiety caused by coronary heart disease. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between spirituality and reducing coronary heart disease anxiety among female adolescents and quantitative and qualitative methods and text analysis were used for this purpose. Findings showed that religious and spiritual beliefs can play a role in increasing tolerance, hope, peace and increasing assistance to Crohn's patients.
